About Reinstate Records

Reinstate Records was founded during the COVID lockdowns of 2021 by Patrick Evans — a DJ, producer and Electronic Music graduate from Plymouth. Built from a place of personal reinvention, the label takes its name from the act of restoring something to its rightful place: art, connection, and expression.

The label has grown into a multi-imprint platform spanning progressive house, melodic techno, trance, dark electronic, and drum & bass — united by a commitment to emotional honesty and forward-thinking sound design. Releases have appeared on Reinstate Records from artists including Patrick Evans, Zy Khan, Adam Schofield, and Those Days.

Reinstate Records is emotionally honest, with the team and artists focusing on connection through meaningful storytelling based in lived experience.
